|
|

|
|
Each team must
supply everything needed at the site. The site will be approximately
30 feet by 40 feet. Water faucets are nearby for garden hose use.
Electricity will not be provided. The digging of pits is not
permitted. Teams may not
sell food or
merchandise. |
|
The chief cook
will be held responsible for the conduct of his team and guests.
Under no circumstances are alcoholic beverages to be distributed to
the public by contestants. Participants may not pursue any activity
which is determined by the committee to distract from or disrupt
other activities of participants at Valley Fest or Pork Alley (i.e.
disruptive behavior, loud music, etc.). The Festival committee
requests and requires that good taste be used not only in your
barbecue, but in your area as well. We want everyone to have a good
time, and maintain a good
atmosphere for the
families that attend this great event. |
|
An application fee
of $100 is required to enter the contest (total for one or both
categories) unless your team is a major sponsor of Valley Fest, in
which case entry is included. |
