| Routes/Start Times |
| "Short"
route - this will be about 20
scenic miles with little grade change, and will start at 8:30 A.M. |
 |
| "Long
"route (it’s all relative) - this route will be over much of the
same course as the short route, but will be about twice as long and
twice as much fun! Start time:
8:30 A.M. |
"Longer
"route (new this year) - this route will be over much of the
same course as the long route, but will include an additional 20 or
so miles for an approximate 100K! Start time:
7:30 A.M.
|
There will
be rest stops at several points on each route.
Detailed maps will be provided with the
Tour packet, and the routes will be well marked. |
|
Safety and Assistance |
|
Helmets will be required to ride, for
your safety and to set an example for our community. You should
carry at least one water bottle, some basic tools, and a tire repair
kit. There will be a sag wagon patrolling the routes to assist
riders in need. |
| It is very
important that you obey all traffic laws. Remember that a bicycle is
a legal vehicle in Arkansas. Ride in pairs or in groups to minimize
danger and to provide each other help if needed.
