Volunteer Opportunities
The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Arkansas River Valley is looking for
quality individuals to volunteer.
◖THIS IS A VOLUNTEER POSITION. If you need community hours for a specific purpose,
project, or class credit we will log the hours for you.
◖If you have a desire to give time to the youth in the community then we need you!
***NOTE
Application Instructions
◖Our Main office is located at 600 East 16th Street, Russellville.
◖To be considered for any Boys & Girls Club position you MUST Bring
in your valid drivers license and a completed application to apply
between 10:00a.m. - 12:00 noon. (application can be filled out in the
Boys & Girls Club office during these times only!!)
◖ The Applications may also be picked up between 10:00a.m.-4:00p.m. to
bring back at a later time.
Volunteer Requirements
◖Must be at least 19 years old.
◖To greet and work with children ages 6-18 years old Monday thru Friday.
◖To work with Unit Director as part of a team to accomplish character
building in the club members we serve.
◖Supervise children during games, and daily activities.
◖Maintain, clean and organized equipment.
◖To assist the Unit Director to maintain a safe and clean environment
for the club members.
◖Knowledge of basic First aid, as well as the units emergency
procedures.
◖Minor record keeping.
◖Be a dependable quality mentor to club members.
◖Must submit to Extensive Background Check.
◖Must submit to drug screening.
